We hold small amounts of stock in our online shop. All our products are individually hand crafted so please allow up to 7 days for your order to be processed. We will contact you via email if, in our busier times this could be longer.
Unfortunately, Royal Mail especially are experiencing some delays at this busy time, so it could take a little longer than usual for your items to arrive but we endeavour to get your goodies to you as quickly as possible!
Please note, we currently only post in the UK but will keep you updated when we can send further afield!

Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a no-hassle, money back, guarantee or exchange on purchases from our online shop, if your item has arrived with significant defects or been damaged in transit.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please notify us within 7 calendar days by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, stating your name, order number and your reason for return. Photo evidence must also be provided.
We are unable refund or accept returns if the scents are simply disliked so please ensure you read the scent descriptions carefully before purchasing, everyone's preferences are different. We prepare returns as quickly as possible and will notify you via email as soon as your item has been received, inspected, and processed.
Our refunds are issued using the same payment method as when you originally purchased the item from us. During busy periods, please allow up to a maximum of 14 days from the items to be processed and your refund payment cleared.
